Absolutely. The key is to find a niche, create unique designs, and price your products intelligently. By using Printful’s Canadian fulfilment, you can offer competitive shipping rates and faster delivery – a huge advantage for attracting Canadian buyers and increasing profitability.
Etsy charges CA$0.27 per listing (listing valid for 4 months), a 6.5% transaction fee on the sale price, including shipping, and a payment processing fee (3% + CA$0.25) if you use Etsy Payments. Ads have separate fees if you opt in.
If you’re not registered for GST/HST, Etsy collects sales tax from Canadian buyers at checkout and sends it to the CRA for you. Once your sales hit CA$30,000, you’ll need to register and handle it yourself.
