Disclaimers:
- Avoid large solid fills of dark or saturated colors. These areas require more ink, which can make the fabric feel stiff on first wear and appear slightly muted after printing. Lighter tones use less ink and feel softer on first wear, but you are not limited to them.
- To reduce stiffness, use patterns or designs with negative space instead of solid fills. Less ink makes the fabric feel softer and more breathable.
- Expect slightly muted color results compared to digital previews or sublimation prints. Cotton absorbs ink differently, so the fabric’s texture may show through the print, adding a soft, matte finish.
- When stretched, printed areas may show fine cracks or the white base fabric, especially at seams, cuffs, or tight spots. This is normal for flexible cotton garments.
- Print results may vary slightly by garment thickness. Thicker fabrics absorb ink differently from lighter items.
- We can’t guarantee a 100% black color match between a pre-colored black fabric and fabric that’s been colored black in the direct-to-fabric printing process. On larger surfaces, the black may appear slightly gray.

Thank you Printful for offering cotton all over print clothing! For people who order this and other cotton all over print clothing please wash the garment after receiving it, to soften the fabric from the printing process. Once washed it feels great and has no stiffness. I always wash printed clothing inside out on gentle to keep printing sharp for a very long time. All of my designs are very colorful, have turned out well and are still looking great after many washes on gentle. Only a couple of shirts have had a small spot where ink did not absorb through a piece of fuzz. I understand that printing inks into cotton results in a bit more muted result. Cotton absorbs inks differently than polyester and cotton is not slick and perfectly smooth to the touch, like polyester so the color is a bit less vibrant. But cotton breathes, looks natural and once washed feels very good. I rated this a four star because the size large needs to be larger and I would like them to make sure fuzz is not on the shirt before printing. I would also like a label option.

Fabric is nice and soft, even with an ink-heavy design like mine. It did not shrink after cold water machine wash and hang dry. No wrinkles either. Vivid colors printed just as I expected. Fit as expected. Neckline is not too high. Printful just needs to add a custom label & that'll be perfection!

Save your money and print your design elsewhere. My shirt came out awful and customer service was rude and unhelpful. The site's own image for this product shows a black shirt with white writing on it as an example of could be printed for this product. I will tell you right now, that's a bold faced lie. My design is a black shirt with white lines, however the shirt that arrived is washed out and full parts of the design are missing, lines just gone. I contacted customer service thinking this was simple a misprint as these things happen and the two shirts I ordered, while both being poor quality, have different levels of color saturation. Customer service's response was to tell me that they cannot print true black and white doesn't show up on black and that my use of "fine lines" meant the design would not print. What I received was "the expected result" according to customer service. Which is a strange thing to say considering only the black would be dyed, not the white as the product is a surface dyed on a white shirt. The surface dye barely goes through at all because the fabric material ratio does not take the dye well. Which customer service was so kind to point out is in their FAQ. On their own site they admit they cannot produce products like their example images. But if you don't scroll down far enough to read that or go through the FAQ it's your fault, so says customer service. It seems like false advertising to me to use product images to advertise a product and service that cannot be actually created. I used this site because I read rave reviews online and the product images the site use themselves showcase make it seem as if they make a wonderful product. However, that is not at all the case. I'd say using this company was a waste of my time and money, but at least now I know who to avoid for printing needs and to warn others from using it as well.
